WALL TOWNSHIP SPEEDWAY.- Even though the weather this past week has been dry, the wet and snowy conditions of the past few weeks kept crews from getting on the Wall Township Speedway in early March to make guard rail renovations. Although crews were finally able to get to work this week on the Wall Township Speedway, even though snow still remains on the back stretch, they were not able to complete the final work forcing officials to cancel the paid practice sessions set for Saturday and Sunday, March 19 and 20 at the Wall Township Speedway.

The first paid practice session of 2005 is now set for Saturday, March 26, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Wall Township Speedway is gearing up for an exciting 2005 NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series campaign. The official season opener, the “Jersey Meltdown,” is then set for Saturday night, April 2, at 7:00 p.m. Saturday night NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series action then continues every weekend through early October at the Wall Township Speedway. The stock cars will be off Saturday night, April 16, however, as the excitement of a national drifting event comes to the Wall Township Speedway for the first time ever.
Wall Township Speedway is located on Rt. 34 in Wall Township, N.J. just a mile north of Garden State Parkway Exit 98 and Interstate 195 Exit 35B.
